I found this book really helpful! I have never done intarsia before and thought the author did a really good job of explaining it and made it much more simple than I had previously thought:) I also loved that she had numerous artists submit their designs for the book, so there is a nice array of all different projects to work on!
Good tutorial on intarsia knitting

I bought this book for the lesson on intarsia, its the best I've seen so far, however, I found I still needed a lesson from a teacher to get started. I discovered there are a few important things that are helpful to know that weren't covered in the book. Many of the charted designs looked like clip art to me, but might be good to practice with.
Great for all skill levels!

I wanted to learn how to knit and with all the books out there I didn't know where to start. I bought this book and couldn't be any happier. It has great pictures and easy to understand instructions. I thought knitting might be difficult to learn, but she makes it easy for beginners. Even if you have been knitting for years you will miss out if you don't buy this book.
