Condition not came in not as advertised. And no resolution policy

Bought two books. The performance and lesson books in “Good” condition. One came in within the parameters for good. The lessons book had pencil and ink writing all over 90% of the pages. That would be maybe acceptable but definitely not good. Since no return option or means for resolution just bought from another retailer.
