Item listed in “good” condition.

This item was listed as “good” condition which is FAR from its actual condition! I’m not even sure that I would classify the condition of the textbook as fair! The textbook as a plastic spiral binder, which yes, I’m aware, is going to be fragile. However it appears that this textbook was shipped with part of the spiral binder already broken and then another portion of it was broken during shipping! Very disappointing!!!
