Physical Activity in the Workplace

This work is a field research conducted under a descriptive methodological approach, with a quantitative and exploratory approach, with the objective of developing a diagnosis to help determine the influence that physical activity has on active workers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial sector of the city of Hermosillo, Sonora that perform administrative activities to positively address the problems of the work environment that are presented in the variables of: Work Stress, Quality of Life, Work Environment, Self-Esteem, Work Absenteeism and Company Image. In conclusion, the results obtained showed that workers who engage in physical activity are able to deal positively with the problems of the work environment and improve their performance.
