Wonderful

Once again, the sisters are out battling demons, Piper and Paige end up staying close together, but Phoebe ends up in an alley with a demon and the resulting vanquish gives her a swift bump to the head. When Phoebe wakes up, she has no memory of who she is, where she lives, or that she's even a witch. While Phoebe is missing, Piper and Paige attempt to find their sister, but all they get is a house full of magical beings that are waiting for Phoebe, as she promised to give them some advice. Meanwhile, Phoebe is taking in by a bunch of girls that claim her name is Ruth and that she's lived with them for several years. They convince her that they are a group of good witches that are supposed to take away amulets from evil witches that would only give them the power to do harm. "Ruth" goes along with this as she doesn't know any better (thanks to a nice memory spell the girls have placed upon her). The manor becomes wrecked, thanks to the magical beings that refuse to leave the house because they feel Piper and Paige are lying about Phoebe's disappearance. It doesn't help the demons they were fighting the day Phoebe disappeared have begun to show up at the manor either. Thankfully, on a spell ingriedient run, Paige see's Phoebe with the girls , which are attempting to steal the amulet from another good witch. With that in mind, Piper and Paige are finally able to set about finding Phoebe and restoring her memory. This is a great read, and wonderful edition to the Charmed library. This reminded me of an actual episode of the show. Every Charmed fan should read this.

Another Great Charmed Book

Includes when Piper and Paige are fighting over Paige wanting to be independent with her temp jobs. Piper actually told Paige that she was degressing back to when Paige first found her 1/2 sisters. Total season six moments between the two half sisters in this book. Phoebe is wonderfully funny at the end of chapter eleven. Expect a lot of magical friends to show up at the manor. I must say that this is another great Charmed Novel and another one to add to my ever growing faviote list.Phoebe Who? (Charmed) I will willing and totally recommand this book to any and all Charmed fan out there.

Power of Three vs Power of Four

The Charmed Ones and the Power of Three comes under attack when the sisters try to fight off a bunch of replicating demons. When the dust clears, Phoebe is missing. Phoebe has been knocked out and moved. When she awakes she has no memory prior to waking up. Not even knowing who she is, she is relieved when one of her roommates spots her and takes her home. She also learns that her name is Ruth. Ruth is told that she and her roommates are good witches and that they are fighting evil witches. The idea is to get certain powerful amulets away from the evil witches before they use them for evil. Although Ruth has no memory of any of this, she helps out by using her powers to locate the rest of the amulets. Meanwhile back at Halliwell Manor, the two remaining Charmed Ones and Whitelighter Leo are unable to locate Phoebe. They can tell that she is alive but not where she is. Then the house is filled with members of the magical community (leprechauns, fairies, etc.) who have come to Phoebe for advice. But Phoebe isn't there and they are not pleased. Also, the replicating demons return. To defeat the demons, the sisters will need the Power of Three and that means locating Phoebe. Then Paige spots Phoebe and learns that Phoebe thinks she is someone else. Now with a little to go on Piper and Paige go on the warpath to get their sister back. If they succeed then they will have to take care of the demons and the magical community. This was certainly better than the last Charmed book (HOUSE OF SHARDS) but it is not the best. For the most part the characters were written in character and the plotting was typical of the series. Certainly fun but nothing to write home about. A must read for Charmed fans. Check it out.

For fans of the show...

This reading is strictly fun fluff, but fans of the show will enjoy seeing the Power of Three live on...

Forget Me Not

Emma Harrison, author of Garden of Evil, Something Wiccan This Way Comes, A Tale of Two Pipers, and The Queen's Curse, delivers yet another satisfying Charmed adventure. In Phoebe Who?, an overworked Phoebe is hit by a powerful memory spell. She wakes up in an alley with no memory of her name, past, or Charmed existence. Aura, an ambitious, power-hungry witch, convinces Phoebe that she is really her friend Ruth. "Ruth" accepts the hospitality of Aura and her friends, even using her power of premonition to help Aura find powerful amulets and take them from "evil" witches. When Ruth receives a premonition of the remaining Charmed Ones killing her friends, she resolves to do whatever she can to protect them--even if it means attacking Piper and Paige. Meanwhile, back at the Manor, Piper and Paige have their hands full with demons only the Power of Three can vanquish and a house full of magical creatures lined up for counseling sessions with the missing Phoebe. Aura and her friends are craftier and more interesting than the average evil threat, and Piper and Paige's concern for Phoebe and pain at her betrayal is well done. For viewers mourning the television series, Phoebe Who? will ease the loss.
