Those who read my previous book Betrayed (ANA Yearning to Breathe Free) have bombarded me with the same question; what next? They wanted to know not only about the four Americans who came to the rescue of two Chinese ladies on Taiwan, but also about those same ladies who, at the end of my novel, were left on the beach watching their romantic interests fade off into "the sunset".Philippine Pursuit begins where Betrayed left off, and follows the Americans as they continue their cruise around the Pacific Ocean. This time their cruise is interrupted as they take on a political pursuit on behalf of the President of the Philippines as she tries to end the bloodshed that exists between her government and the Moslems seeking an independent nation of their own. It also answers the question concerning the two ladies who my readers felt were left abandon in my previous novel.
