Not Acceptable

This book was rated as "Like New" yet it contained a handwritten inscription on the inside cover the reads "Halloween 2015, Brooke & Caleb, Love Nana". Books that contain written inscriptions should be noted on the description. This is not acceptable and has happened to me before. Otherwise, the book was in good condition but the cover was very dirty!
