Perplexed

Africa is continually at the bottom of the United Nations world ranking, far behind the countries of the North. Why is this? Are black people intrinsically inferior? No, Homo Sapiens is unique within its species, both genetically and anatomically/physiologically. On the other hand, a number of factors, including isolation, the arduous journey through the immense African forests, hatred of others and colonization, seem to have generated an inferiority complex in black people that is responsible for their underdevelopment. To put an end to this situation, Africa should consider the following principles. What China and India have done to develop, Africa can also do. Although Europe has been at the forefront of Africa's misfortunes, its mea culpa having been done, the two continents should, in mutual respect, build a new win-win partnership. Africa's current form of organization is a good one. All that remains is for the Continent to unify, to take on the obligation of democracy, the institution of a single currency, the repatriation of its diaspora and the full functioning of the institutions it has set up.
