Permanent Record/Sensor Matic

Smart. Musically talented. Straight-A grades. With cool parents and a beautiful girlfriend. Popular high-school student David Sinclair (Alan Boyce) seemingly has it all - right on until the very moment he kills himself, leaving behind a devastated family, stunned friends, and a lot of unanswered questions. Go star Keanu Reeves (John Wick) is electrifying as Chris, David's best buddy and bandmate, who seeks answers to those questions as he struggles to come to terms with what happened, without understanding why it happened. As he grapples with the tragedy, Chris finds himself becoming overwhelmed - and angered- by David's sudden, inexplicable act. Permanent Record is a powerful film that tackles a disturbing social problem - teen suicide - both directly and honestly.
