Capillaroscopy is a reproducible diagnostic tool used in internal medicine for the etiological assessment of Raynaud's phenomenon and for the early diagnosis and follow-up of connectivities. Video-capillaroscopy is a basic tool of the internist and the vascular physician in the exploration of the cutaneous microcirculation and is extremely effective and relevant for the early detection of systemic diseases. Our study, the first one carried out in Tunisia on the contribution of video-capillaroscopy in internal medicine, is innovative with especially the quantitative character of the capillaroscopic study.
