This study looked at how remote learning and other relevant technologies, platforms, and internet effects helped to keep this important part of the economy going in the new standard era . During the outbreak of COVID-19 in Iraq, the higher education sector faced many challenges, and this study looked into how these challenges were overcome. In this article, both students and teachers will get an overview of several strategies that may be used to mitigate the negative effects of using these tools. The Corona pandemic (COVID-19) had a huge effect on the education system in Iraq, which was significantly altered by the introduction of e-learning in an attempt to lower the probability that students may get infected with the coronavirus. While helping to maintain Iraq's vital higher education industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, remote learning and the technologies, platforms, and other online consequences associated with it not only provided insight into the challenges faced by the sector during the transition to the new normal era but also contributed to its survival. E-learning has become more popular in recent years as a response to the global spread of the coronavirus; hence, it is now required of students who are required to remain in quarantine. The educational systems of many countries throughout the globe have been significantly impacted. The shutdown is enforced on educational institutions, which is an issue that has an effect on the students' ability to communicate with one another. Despite the fact that many students support e-learning and blended learning and believe they are essential for enhancing the educational process, a large number of other groups tend to underestimate it by demonstrating that e-learning is in no way capable of being a replacement for traditional classroom teaching. This article will also discuss the challenges that arise as a result of the use of these technologies by instructors and students, as well as the advantages and potential rewards of doing so. The level of satisfaction and persuasion that students have with e-learning has been measured with a test. When the test results are looked at quantitatively, they show that most students prefer traditional classroom instruction to e-learning. This may be because e-learning doesn't have a lot of support among students. They demonstrate that e-learning developed as a new method for boosting the learning process during the Covid 19 crisis. Additionally, they show that e-learning emerged as a new way of enhancing the learning process during the COVID-19 crisis.
