A Pretty Handy Little Book for Pentax Owners

While this book is not as good as The Honeywell Pentax Way by Herbert Keppler, it's a pretty decent guide for owners of older Pentax SLR's (like the Spotmatic). This book is very brief (only 124 pages) and so it is not very in-depth - pretty basic if you're at all familiar with your older Pentax. It has some useful data and charts inside, along with neat things such as the prices for Pentax Cameras and accessories new at the time they were made. This book is probably better for someone who got an old Pentax SLR and knows little about it, or for someone wanting books on their Pentax SLR for collector interest. Since this book is pretty old and inexpensive, it's worth grabbing, but again, if you want possibly the best book ever written about older Pentax SLR Cameras, get the Herbert Keppler (ISBN: 0817406883) book along with this book - Keppler's book is very in-depth -- quite possibly the BEST Pentax book ever written!. With both of these books, you'll have a strong understanding of your vintage Pentax SLR.
