Operation Reboot observed that if a Rapture were to happen, there would be a loss of government control, mass hysteria, and catastrophic loss of life. The plan marked out a method by which the country could maintain effective control and actually emerge stronger. The plan was never implemented due to technological limitations and ethical reservations. America fell, but unfortunately the plan survived...Ed Thielman is a shell of a man.
