Apart from the standard textbook on clinical examination ("Bates") which features a rather small chapter on the examination of children I have not yet come across a textbook featuring this subject. In addition to this (at least for me) long awaited subject this book covers the art of taking the history and examining the child in a very gentle way. Lots of pictures and boxed "key points" make it easy to get into the matter. I find the book a little costly though, considering it only features a paper binding.
