This feasibility study aims to implement a "Pedagogical Support Centre" in the parish of Alpachaca, in the city of Ibarra, Province of Imbabura, in order to offer another type of educational service for children with low school performance. To this end, research has been carried out, starting with the structuring of an analysis of the context, in order to identify: allies, opponents, opportunities and risks, which will allow the establishment of strategies for the success of the project.
