This book, Pearl sighting a rare sighting, is in fact a counter thesis on disasters that has rocked the new millennium (year 2000 and beyond), where it goes without a saying whether there existed a political will in host countries like in the (United) states, that play host for a large number of international governments, or its representations.

When in fact, what we see in a continuum is the marginalization of international organizations and mega governments in a host country who are kept questioned, harangued, and prosecuted by their host country where the international polity and its existence is seemingly reduced to a whiff (set) of pacts and resolutions.

However, whether the international community in the States surge out of this challenge is for the Reader to decide.The sooner it does, the better it gets for a stable world order.
