Peaks & Valleys

Christians navigate a journey filled with ups and downs. Sometimes you feel like you are at a low point and have no idea how you'll ever get out of the pit you're in. Other times we feel like we are on a high and hope it'll never end. Neither season lasts forever because God doesn't work that way. He's designed our lives to follow a rhythm. The lows (valleys) teach us many valuable lessons but most importantly they make us better and give us an appreciation for the great times. The highs (peaks) may not last forever but often prepare us for the lows. It all works together.

This book isn't a "how to" book. The goal is to share stories, after all, stories are what connect us all. My hope is that as you read this you can connect and maybe even find just a little hope. Hope that you can change and end up in a better place than you are headed now. Hope that your children won't end up dead or in jail. Hope that you can have a family. Life would be terrible with no hope and it's mine, that this book helps you find yours.
