Stanley Marrow is a teacher and shows that he likes teaching. He takes the reader through the world of Paul in a style that shows that he can handle the story and show why Paul it the pivotal figure in the development of a theology for Christianity. In a very unassuming manner he shows why the stories about Christ were supplemented by Paul' experience of conversion. He took a back seat to no one. Understanding the snippets of Paul that we hear is made a lot easire through Morrow's insights
