The overland trek of the Modern Conestoga Company ended near Jasper, Arkansas several days after leaving California. Shortly after reaching their destination in Arkansas, the group of nineteen Wagon Train participants swelled to twenty-nine. The Patriot and Hargesheimer families would soon return to California for a Gala Grand Opening of the Stewart-Patriot Forty-Niners Museum. While there, the youth sleuth, Will Patriot would have an opportunity to try his hand at solving the remainder of the mystery surrounding the Enchanted Elevator, and bring to light another dark and hidden mystery.
