Within the pages of this book are many of the emotions we, as human beings, are capable of feeling. Most of us anyhow. Within any writing is the ability to use one's own perception to create a narrative that correlates with our own experiences. This is one of the beautiful things about words, while also the most dangerous. This book is dedicated to all of those out there like me. Imperfect with a little crazy. Compassionate and strong. I have not always made the right choices. And, sometimes, it took more than once for me to learn my lesson. After the storms and darkness, I can still smile. I have been weakened and controlled by my heart which led to painful lessons. I have broken other's hearts which also led to painful lessons. I have stayed when I should have walked away, and I have walked away when I should have stayed. Wrong place at the wrong time. Right place at the right time. Blessed. Humbled. Think of all the emotions you have ever felt through-out your life¿ Happiness. Fear. Sadness. Excitement. Heartbreak. Joy. Now, think of how good it feels when someone tells you (and they genuinely mean it) that they understand your feelings. Think of how amazing it feels when you find out you are not the only one that has went through something very hard or something you have struggled with. Think of how great it feels when you can relate to someone or an experience, and you understand what it feels like to walk in their shoes, and they understand what it feels like to walk in yours. No experience is exactly the same, as we are all unique and individualistic, just as words are yours to interpret and correlate as it fits to your life-uniquely and individualistically.
