Excellent book, but a true tragedy

This is a very fine book that is among the most understandable discussions of regression and path analysis that I have ever seen. Sadly the author is dead, the press is defunct, and the owner of the press has passed away as well. I actually tried to secure permission to get this book published as a PDF on the web, but I do not know who to ask, and apparently it will not be in the public domain for a long time. Truly tragic. If you can get your hands on this book it is an excellent treatise on the logic of regression and correlation, and gives a very intuitive and hands on discussion of path analysis, a statistical method that is not used nearly enough.
