Therefore, the opening sections of this book are an exegesis of these three letters. The next sections cover the qualifications of a pastor-teacher, his preparation for ordination, assignments and transitions, integrity, leadership, and positions that he will embrace prior to pastoring. The last section has fourteen sets of group discussion questions on ministry, which are to be integrated when teaching related subjects. This book is designed to be used in a college or seminary classroom; however, it should prove valuable throughout one's pastoral ministry. Bob Conway hold a Master of Divinity Degree from Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, Indiana. He teaches Bible, Theology and Biblical Hebrew at Regent College of the Caribbean, Mandeville, Jamaica.
