Pasta Fantasia is a delight!

I am delighted to see Pasta Fantasia is still available! I purchased this book over 20 years ago and still enjoy cooking these recipes for my family and guests. The dishes are varied and delicious with combinations of meat, fish and/or veggies. There is an added perk of suggested wines for every dish. All recipes are clear, simple, and easy to prepare from all regions of Italy. This book does not include baked or stuffed pasta recipes, but simple authentic pasta sauces. I love this book!
