After the death of Lane Jacobs and Debbie Anderson, Tepid and Lily awake again on their planet Aura. They soon learn that Go'ran, King of Golr is on earth with his army attacking and taking earth's natural resources. Lily and Tepid head to earth to help stop King Go'ran. While on earth Tepid and Lily find themselves in Venice beach by the homes of Lane and Debbie. They meet Liza who had not transitioned back into the Aurian, Ja'min. After helping rebuild the areas that had been destroyed by the Golrians, Tepid and Lily and the other Aurians head back to Aura. Tepid and Lily soon learn that three other ships were heading to earth to exact revenge on the planet and Tepid for killing Go'ran. Lily and Tepid return to earth with more Aurians to protect earth again. Liza spends time with Tepid and Lily to learn more about them as she tries to come to term of losing her beloved Lane.
