I love this book for many reasons...

Here's a woman who has spent her life as an artist, and eventually she has no choice but to deal with these "visions/flash backs" to find out, yes, she has lived before, many times and with a certain soul, who they had shared many lifetimes together. The big surprise for Mariyln was that we come back as either a man or woman and what does it really matter, we reconize and/or love people/souls no matter what sex they are.She realizes she's got to see her karma thru. I feel she was a very brave person to tell of so many painful memories, both in the past and in the present. Her writing this book was probably a cleansing for her, a testament.I would of loved to have met her.

Excellent book for many reasons.

This is one of those few books I've enjoyed rereading a second time. I admire her honesty And I loved her advise.--the fact that we can heal our past. And past relationships. Simply by changing our consciousness . By going within .HAving remembered past lives I wonder if some people are labeled schitzophrenic who are just recalling a past personality or life time. This is a very important book and its fun to read.

About transcending life's patterns in affirming ways.

This book will restore your faith in the resilience of the human spirit. The author recounts horrific domestic abuse in her early years above which she now soars. This honest and soul searing memoir has not a trace of bitterness, awe and wonder perhaps but no bitterness. There is a profound sense of gratitude and of learning from every experience; of using those learnings to live a present joyful life moment to moment. Perhaps that is the way of an artist, I don't know but author Sunderman composes word pictures as numinous as her painted pictures. I finished this book knowing that Marilyn's spiritual journey is just beginning. May she continue to write of her experiences and insights to light the path for all of us.

A very poignant memoir

Don't let the title put you off: this book is more of a memoir of one woman's life, experiences and accumulated wisdom than the title would suggest. It may seem to start a bit slow, but it gets powerful very quickly and has quite a moving effect by the end.

A courageous past-life biography by a brilliant artist.

Marilyn Sunderman writes as she paints. With color, spirit and wonder. Her tale takes you through three lifetimes shared with a mysterious person with green eyes, and of this lifetime with the same abusive person, and how she finally broke her karma of continuous abusive relationships. The book take the reader on a trip around the world, as this famous portrait/ impressionist artist, travels to paint her many, important clients. It is a true page turner, and not your run-of-the-mill regression books. She will tke you on a roller-coaster ride, with continuous twists and turns in her whirlwind life. A must read.
