On November 2, 2015, a Russian Airbus left the Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh in Egypt carrying 224 passengers and twenty minutes later it disappeared off radar screens. It was en route to St. Petersburg, Russia, carrying Russians returning from holiday. A large explosion occurred before the jet broke apart in midair and crashed in a mountainous region on the Sinai Peninsula. A few hours later a branch of ISIS claimed responsibility. MI6 agent Jacques Duvall has been summoned by the Russian Embassy to travel to Cairo, Egypt, where the terrorists who planned the attack are in hiding.
