A journey to the heart

I think that anyone who reads this book will find that there is a piece of them here sitting on a mountain top or in a forest awaiting the discovery of spirit. I found that there were many places that I would go as I wandered down the path with her in my mind. Places that created a moment of introspection for me and where I am in this cosmic wonderment. It is not just the story or the beauty and Spirit of it that has enthralled me but her art work as well. I love the personal notes, in the way of photos of her family and friends which she places through out the book. It is obvious that she loves life and them with the same passion. While I can not say that I understood everything that she brought forth for us to enjoy and be with, I am a neophyte in this world, I did enjoy the possibility and the knowledge that she shared and look forward to learning and more through her future journeys. I recommend this to anyone on a path of exploration and personal growth.

The book is diary like and leads you through the authors journey of spiriual growth. Many of us would consider the openess in this book rather private. The book openly shares life experiences that helps opens ones eyes to see your true self, your life, and the world-universe around you in a new and refreshing light. I am have greatly enojyed reading this book and viewing the artwork within. At times I have just opened the book and read a section, more often than not I find that the section I opened to applies to feelings and emotions of the day. Fun stuff! I highly recommend this book who is on their spiritual journey.

Very Interesting, Unusual and Inspiring

This is a unique book with a perspective that allows you to think about yourself, your life, those around you, the world, universe and the connectedness that permeates every aspect of our existence. Carol has a unique perspective; whether you accept this as a literal experience or a metaphor, the value of her experiences and those in her life are useful, eye and mind opening. I'd recommend this to anyone who seeks an understanding of love, and the deep and far reaching interaction that your thoughts and feelings have on those you know and those that you are not aware that you know. The visual representations are dramatic and inspiring. The book itself is a work of art; every aspect of it has been thought out and expressed beautifully. Highly Recommended.

Soothing, Involving and Inspiring, the Rose of Evolving.

Carol's approach to awareness and spiritual authenticity is refreshing and comfirming. We all "experience", but to explain it, is the rub. Her splendid, candid and expressive paintings give us hope, healing, humour, " ha-ha's! " and " a-haaa's ! " Her validation of the human experience, beyond the conventional perceptions, opens the way for further thought, as well as giving ancient recollections credence.It is a book I leave out, in my own little experiment, as people will immediately choose it over all my many other intriguing tomes. All ages seem to appreciate it's mirth and become easily absorbed by it. Passionate Pinkie is on the top of my gift list.
