A Wonderful Fable About the Power of Belief

I recently read "The Biology of Belief" by Dr. Bruce Lipton, which showed the power/impact of our beliefs on our bodies through various cell research. I found this intriguing, and when looking for another book on this topic, I was drawn to "Passage of Change" by Nancy Marie - and I loved it! "Passage of Change" is a short rhyming fable which describes the findings of Dr. Lipton & how they can be used in everyday life. The main idea being that we can change our perceptions, and therefore our lives, through changing our beliefs. I have been drawn to this area of research for several years now, and can attest to the findings in my own life - I have found that, indeed, my underlying (and sometimes not so underlying) beliefs do impact my perceptions, and my perceptions do in fact color what I experience. So, if I want to change what I am feeling/experiencing, the best place to start is by discovering what belief is at the "bottom" of it all, and then working to consciously change that belief. If you are at all interested in this topic, I would highly recommend "Passage of Change" - it does a wonderful job of making this information understandable and accessible to everyone!
