It is my first choice

This is a modern PDE book. Its content is divided in three big sections. The first section presents specific equations with their analytic solutions. Second section provides a brief review of functional analysis and calculus on Banach spaces to study linear PDE in an abstract framework. The last section studies nonlinear PDE. This a good textbook for a graduate course and it competes with Evan's and Renady's books. The only weak point is the omission of numerical methods and its high price.
