Part Insomnia is the final book (trilogy: The Hole, A Time Alone, and Part Insomnia) regarding the loss and grief process experienced since the death of my wife, Deborah Glaefke Gilbert, from lung cancer on June 6th, 2017, due to asbestos poisoning. The writing has been therapeutic and necessary for my survival without her. The pain has not lessened but getting used to its daily attendance in my life has been my new routine. If my words and observations can assist anyone else going through similar ordeals, then good.
