Wonderful book!

Highly recommend this book! Chuck coveres a wide variety of topics and really focuses on the parent instead of the child. Chuck gives many Biblical references and examples of how to be Godly parents...how to handle difficult situations...and how to discipline. His book has very motivating and practical info too...how to have positive self-esteem and how to set priorities when it comes to being a work-a-holic vs. being at home spending quality time with your children. I've given this book to many friends. Hope you enjoy it too! It's definitely worth reading!

One of the greatest parenting book I've read!

This is by far, the best biblically based parenting book I've read. And I've read quite a number of them. This book leaves me feeling encouraged and inspired to be a better parent to my children. I think Chuck did a great job pointing out the fact that to be a good or better parent, one has to, first of all, have a vibrant relationship with the Lord and have the right heart in front of Him. It also gives me principles, rather than one specific parenting method, that I find to be more applicable regardless of the children's ages. Overall, a truly great and satisfying book. I've read it twice already and will definitely refer to it over and over again, I'm sure, over the years.

I thought that the book was very insiteful and also inspirational and informative and I would recommend it to anyone with children.The book has helped me look at my relationship with my children and that the way I treat them as human beings and also about how they are growing up before my eyes.As parents we also love being a Spiritual family in church and out and it really does work.I give this book 5 Stars.It is a book you won't be able to put down that's how good it is.
