Dr. B. You are the Greatest
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 22 years ago
Listen up everyone, I was a patient of Edaurdo for three years I think and He has changed my life for the better in ways that neither myself nor my mother ever thought possible. If you cannot contact Eduardo, or Dr. B. as most did and I'm sure people still do call Him, to meet and conduct a case study, then I cannot recommend enough to you to read his book. In fact I was much like the young boy He wrote about in the begining of ths book. I was extremely 'oppositional' as Him and my mother called it, so much that I would argue that not being a word. I would not go to school, get up, or use any sort of manners towards anyone. Now being a child that had came directly out of private school and force fed manners and politeness for seven years I was considerably uncoopritive and sick of it. I was placed in public school in sixth grade and had no idea that public schoolers were not freindly to 'new kids'. I was made fun of, teased and would therefore not be social with anyone, because I was totally "pushed out of the circle" and had no friends. However Dr. B., tought me that there was another way. I did not have to socialize and embarrass myself with ugly stuck up public school kids. He helped me find my place and move on. Read His book and learn the ways to saving your childs life! ...
At last, an Approach that Works!

As a mother of an ADD/disruptive, explosive child, I was at my wits end with traditional therapists, guidance councelors who had written off my son as "a loser," teachers who refused to try to educate him by any other method than "do your homework."Eduardo Bustamante saved my son's life-- and mine-- with his enlightened, positive and empowering approach to our problems. I'm quite sure that without him, we were doomed to play out all the old patterns inherent in parent/child relationships, old patterns and old cycles that got us nowhere. I know there are so many children like my son who enter the dark regions of adolescence never to emmerge whole and capable. If this sounds like your situation, read Bustamante's book. Read and re-read. Learn a new way, a way through and a way out, a way that allows your child self esteem, and you-- peace of mind. Read and you'll get your adolescent back. Read and there will be, at last, some joy between you and a future for your child.
