I am a swim instructor for the YMCA and there is no better swimming instruction program on the planet. We are the leading swim instruction program in the USA and I am so glad to be part of this industry. This book better equips me to teach preschoolers and their parents how to learn the basics of swimming. If your looking for a how to book, it will not fulfill that need.
