Nice Book for a 9-12 year old interested in parametics

I bought this book for my nephew and read it first. It is jam packed with information and yet very easy to read and digest. The design of the book is very nice and encourages reading. The pictures add a lot too. This was perfect for my "not so into reading" but "really likes parametics" nephew. He's looking forward to his 15 minutes a day reading time now.
