Best paneer book

The best book I have had. I also substituted meat for paneer. The results were terrific. A word of coution. Do not loan it to anyone. You will never get it back

Simply great

I always wanted book on indian vegetarian cooking which is "indian" so the recipes are not modified for non-indian palates. This is it - i can follow the recipes exactly and get wonderful dishes.
