A Must Read

A fun, magical adventure that keeps you interested and ready to devour a new chapter. You immediately are immersed into the Guatemalan culture, foods, thoughts and phrases. What a wonderful way to travel to and learn of a place you have never been but feel so intimately close to. A wonderful, exciting journey for all to take!

Fascinating introduction to Guatemala and the Spanish language

I enjoyed the escape into another dimension of thought and plot. The introduction to the language was educational. Reading about the sites and people gave me a better understanding of Guatemala. It made me want to go and visit some of the places highlighted in the story. This would be a good book for young adults and adults alike - very interesting storyline.
