Maria Loun was born in Lviv, Ukraine. In 2003, she graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. Her work has been exhibited at the Ukrainian Embassy, Washington D.C., Ukrainian Cultural Center, Telenium Media Group and numerous Art Galleries in the Greater Philadelphia area. Maria also oil paints and has her art in private collections around the world. This book makes a great kid's present! It's educational and fun to read.
