Paedophile teachers

In connection with the revelations of scandals involving sexual violence in educational institutions since 2010, it was mainly men who were the focus of public attention as perpetrators, accomplices or initial defendants. A qualitative analysis of national daily newspapers (F.A.Z., S ddeutsche Zeitung and taz - die Tageszeitung) was used to trace the image of male teachers that emerged between 2010 and 2015. In the theoretical part, the work deals with selected concepts of gender duality and theories of masculinity, which form the basis for the analysis of the newspaper reports.
