"Exit." A few seconds later KC broadcast "Running" and "Approaching." He followed the bad guys' movements with the drone, keeping them in center frame the entire time. The criminals would be making their exit in the next 10-15 seconds as they closed the distance to the break in the fence. A quick glance of the stationary drone showed no vehicular movement in the area.
KC began a countdown to their exit, the longest and riskiest part of the communications security plan. "Five, four, three..." Roger echoed KC's transmission.
Mark had already flipped the safety off and placed the reticle approximately where he thought the first guy would emerge. He would need both men to make it through the fence so he could get clean shots off. If he fired too early, the first might fall and block the exit for the second, forcing him to retreat into the park and be out of view forever...
