False labeling of conditin

Please don't send damaged books to your costumers. I am sure the book new, is very good quality. I was a preschool teacher for 28 years and would never have kept a book in disrepair on the shelf. Sorry I had to be so negative. It was rated "good" but should never been sent.

The book itself was good for my granddaughter but the condition certainly was not “good”. Very beat up and ripped
