This book will support you to gain a sense of achievement as each page is processed, guiding you to meet your higher self.
You will learn how to identify your past habits by intensifying your internal vibrations. These past habits will then be addressed as you work through the 'how to book', resulting in healthier habits. In turn, a healing process can begin as we mend any existing trauma or negative beliefs.
I will be providing you with techniques that you can use during and after you have read this book. I will show you how to unlock parts of your conscious mind, involving soul energy work and body sensory feelings which may be holding you back.
This book has been crafted into seven phases. With each phase that you work through you will unravel any restrictions that have been preventing you from moving forward; revealing new energy.
A good place to start is identifying which aspect of your life you are going to focus on, everything is then structured around that. (finance, relationships, health, self-love) which one are you feeling stuck with? It's recommended to only pick one at a time, so you can fully concentrate all of your focus and achieve the best results possible.
This book asks you to refer back to three main techniques except in PHASE ONE where the date you would like the book to be completed, and PHASE SEVEN, where you will reflect and look back on how far you have come, in phases two to six, you will use the three main techniques, setting intentions, setting achievable timelines and journaling. Before progressing onto the first phase, you will need to take the time to read what each technique is asking of you which are on pages.... and remember to have the end goal in sight.
I've structured the book this way because this is how each task should be approached. Firstly, find what it is that you want to focus on/change, set an intention on that, set a date on when you want that to be met, and once this is achieved, or throughout the process of achieving it, reflect and be mindful; it is in this reflection of the journaling process in which clarity and insight is gained which can then be taken into more tasks. Everything will become less overwhelming should you follow these three simple steps.
We've made it into seven phases to ensure that it feels achievable and you're not overwhelmed. What is your overall goal at the end of this book?
What are six different intentions you would like to achieve? that once achieved, will allow you to achieve your overall goal.

Your timeline should be linked to each separate intention, separate to the other intentions and timelines.

The journaling should link to both, and will be used as something to look back on. It becomes your guide.
