English is not this author’s native language, and/or she has a really bad editor.

This book will need translation before use. Very poorly written. Word use is incorrect, and punctuation is also incorrect. If you have made doughnuts before you can sort of figure the recipes out. Be sure to read through each recipe BEFORE starting, as it doesn’t always make sense. I will try these just out of curiosity, and returning the book isn’t worth the hassle.
