OVA Orientation Program

The purpose of this TFM is to respond to an intervention with a psycho-pedagogical approach called: Intervention Model: Methodology of Aptitudinal Vocational Guidance (OVA). It was designed through a three-day study with women in the framework of the armed conflict and ex-combatants of armed groups, who underwent Justice and Peace processes. (Cruz & Gonz lez, 1997), (Rivas, 2006) (Matul & Ram rez, 2009) explain that in Central Ame-rica these processes had already been implemented, which gave side for the peace tables in Colombia through the creation of the peace agreements that gave rise to the pactaddos agreements in Article III of Legislative Act 01 of April 4, 2017, according to (Congreso Rep blica, 2017) where an institutional Body called the Special Jurisdiction for Peace - JEP was created.
