Synopsis

A 22-year-old girl is faced with life throwing curved balls from left to right on a journey to find her purpose. As the year goes by, she draws closer to Jesus. As a result, she loses her 5-year relationship with her high school sweetheart, moves back in with her mom, gets pregnant, and battles spiritual warfare. She is forced to sit down from everything in church amidst church folk gossiping and sticking their noses in her business. On her road to restoration, she rededicates herself to God, marries the love of her life, and discovers her purpose.

"But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

It's when we seek after God that we become more and more like Him. We are changed from the inside out, renewed, and restored. The things that we desired before become irrelevant as we become fully dependent on God. We are not chasing after the stuff, but we are chasing after the presence of God! The stuff will come. So, I encourage you to seek after Him by reading His word. Find a version that works for you (NIV, NLT, AMP, etc.) and for your understanding. Pray continually, pray out loud, pray in your car, pray wherever you can, and write down your prayers. Lastly, I encourage you to fellowship. We must connect with those who are followers of Christ. We CANNOT do it alone. We need each other for encouragement, growth, and accountability.
