How does a bat use its fingers to help it fly? How can a bat sleep hanging upside down without falling on its head? How can a bat swoop through total darkness without running into things? Why do some... This description may be from another edition of this product.
'Outside and Inside' books are great! My 5th grader has asked me to purchase five of these books so far (bats, killer bees, birds, giant squid and mummies). They are great, but some of the photos are a bit graphic, so i can't recommend them for very small children. However, your 2nd-grade and up kids who like to be grossed-out sometimes will love them! They are very infomative and have been a great addition to our homeschool library.
