Out of the Mouths of Babes

Sometimes wisdom comes from the least likely of places. Psalm 8:2 in the King James Version says, "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger." We often do not think that children are capable of having profound things to say, but sometimes God will use them to speak a profound truth to us. I believe this is because He can bypass all our senses and "blindside" us because we do not expect it to happen However, we have to remember there is no junior Holy Spirit - there's only One This is a small collection of stories from the years that God has used to get my attention and teach me some of the most profound lessons I've ever had. His word says that we gain strength from these little ones and, in so doing, we can silence, or still, the enemy and the avenger. Allow these truths to give you that kind of strength...out of the mouths of babes.
