Female, Male, Young, Not so Young...

We all can find ourselves within Cathy's experiences. I have watched Cathy's emergence into her higher self over the past 47 years and although my path has not been quite so introspective or profound I have learned from each of her steps. Cathy's willingness to share her enthusiasm for living and learning is tantamount to the fact that she continues to learn from all with whom she comes into contact. I laughed, mused, cried and was so proud to call Cathy my friend one more time, I immediately called her when I finished the book. Make it yours...we are all part of her experience one way or another.

Wonderful, Inspiring and Thought Provoking

Through one woman's willingness to share her story, I believe that many other women will benefit. I found many examples in this book that paralled my own life experiences. As I read of Cathy's courageous journey to become more authentic in her life, I discovered many insights about my own life. So often we have the veneer of accomplishment or success but underneath it we are living a life that does not reflect our authentic self. Living life from the inside out

There are only a few books that have influenced my life as much as Out of Hiding. What Cathy describes is a way to live her life from the inside out and the flow and meaning that gives to her. Even though this sounds simple, the discovery has been as profound as when it was discovered the world wasn't flat. That discovery seems simple today and yet it caused a flood of exploration and discoveries. I have started living my life from the inside out and it has started explorations and discoveries about myself and others that are profound for me. Thank you Cathy for providing such an important guide for my own evolution.
