This is the story of a teenage outcast, his ambition to finish his Dad's work, and the adventure that he goes on, travelling through dimensions to a planet he hadn't heard of before with his friends. The planet he finds has many problems, but his arrival on the planet brings with it a clash between the forces of stability and subversion, with opposing philosophies making a dramatic bid to assert their authority over the people. Meanwhile, the visitors from Earth are desperate to go home, and stuck in the middle of this political mess, without a thick jumper or a simple bacon sandwich.
