Our name is unique Is a children's picture book that reflects the names of many brown children around the world. The frustration of someone not pronouncing it correctly. The agony of being different is something our children with unique names have to deal with throughout their lives. This book is to encourage and make our children aware of the unique complexity of their name is special. That they do not have to fit the mold of society but instead stand outside of it with their head held high.
