A little book of daily prayer and mediation

I use this little book in daily mediation and have found it to be inspiring, calming, meaningful, and helpful in my daily life. There is a message for each day of the year, but it is suggested that you say a prayer first, then randomly open the book to a page that may have meaning for you for that day. In the introduction it states "these consoling yet serious messages would help us to confront the difficulities and challenges of life in this increasingly God-forsaking world...giving individual message's of hope and love to her starving children. May she speak to you and bring you Her peace." It is a book of daily prayer and mediation claimed to be delivered by the Blessed Mother, herself,at the Oratory of the Immaculate Heart, Raheny, Dublin in 1989. Regardless of one's belief in her appearance in creating this book, I have found it to be, as stated above, comforting, inspiring, and inspirational on many levels.
